The mother's voice sounds like that of actress Lucy Lee Flippen; best known as Eliza Jane Wilder (Laura Ingalls Wilder's sister-in-law) on Little House on the Prairie.

On second thought... the female voice may belong to Debra Jo Rupp aka Kitty Forman of "That 70s Show".

yayo and dank are two different drugs.
yayo being cocaine and dank being marijuana.

Hehe, you're all wrong. It's Edie McClurg from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, etc.

Maybe ...

It is a funny commercial.
